AMA is looking for a Learning Solutions Intern for our Product & Solutions Development division, supporting the development and implementation of Learning & Development products and solutions that service our public seminars and our private customer base.


An internship will provide experiences aligned with the mission statement and associated activities above and can include any or all of the following:

  • Supporting a team of Learning Solutions Managers and Director of Education, Content, and Operations
  • Supporting the content development process for AMA’s product and services
  • Aligning client requirements to existing content and collaborating with the instructional designers and subject matter experts
  • Planning and managing learning projects with internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting content marketing projects such as webcast development, video production, etc.
  • Assisting with sales opportunities such as RFPs, proposals or presentations
  • Other related duties



  • Applicant must be authorized to work in the U.S. (International students, have to be able to provide proof of work authorization)
  • Applicant has to be able to commute to Midtown Manhattan, New York City on a daily basis, starting September 8, 2021.  Until then, this will be a remote or hybrid internship. 
  • Bachelor's required. Graduate level intern with either I/O Psychology, Instructional Design, Training and Organizational Development preferred
  • Project management interest required (does not need to have project management in their background)

Hours: up to 28 hours per week, 4 days a week from 9am-5pm, six months (may be renewed)
